Officers’ Reports:

*Hoagie/Pizza Fundraiser results – 2,800 items were sold

*Santa’s Workshop – Approval was made for Mary Mattivi, Kim Taylor, and Robin Parks to be names on the Santa’s Workshop Checking Account. Sheila Bauer’s name will be removed from this account.

New Business:

*Market Day Pie Sale – All families will be asked to see (oldest or only). All funds will go toward AR rewards. Sale will kick off on Friday, October 16, 2009 and will end on Thursday, October 29th. Pick up will be Saturday, November 14 at the SSMSES cafeteria between 12:30 and 3:00 P.M. Volunteers are needed for this day.

*Family Fun Night, which was originally dated for November 20^th, needs to be rescheduled due to a conflict with the Downtown St. Marys Light Up Night. We are still in need of some volunteers and chairpersons to help with the event.

*PTO Craft Night is meeting on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 in our school cafeteria.

*SSMSES Logo clothing sale was discussed.

*Mr. Grumley spoke about Accelerated Reader rewards. Rewards will be given quarterly.

Announcements:

*Next PTO meeting is scheduled for November 17, 2009 at 6:00 P.M.
