Treasure’s Report:  Current balance of PTO account was discussed and approved all pie sale funds have been deposited.  A check will be made out to Market Day on Saturday.

Santa Shop Report:  Balance of Santa was discussed.  Craft nights are underway anyone who can spare some time on Wed. evenings are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

Campbell’s Labels Report:  We currently have 33,000 labels.  Mandy had mentioned that Mrs. James could possibly use them to purchase some musical items.

Fundraising Report:  Market Day pie sale was a huge success.  We sold approx. 2,289 pies – 76 more than last year.  A pizza party for all classes during the holidays was discussed.  One student stood out and went over and above in her pie selling.  A small token of thanks was voted on and approved for this child.

Approval of Cup Stackers:  2 sets of stacking cups were voted on and approved for Mandy. 

Family Fun Night:  Family Fun Night will be Thurs. Nov. 11.  Movie will be Cars 2.  Margie will be getting drinks, Melanie will arrange for the popcorn.  Donations are going to be collected and all proceeds will go to Letters From Home. 

4th Grade Field Trip:  The Executive Board was contacted and all approved the funding for the 4th grade field trip to Elk Visitors Center. 

AR Reward for 1st quarter:  383 kids made the 1st AR reward.  Options were discussed, such as dodge ball or kickball as possibilities for this reward.

Bylaw changes or additions:  We will discuss any changes or additions anyone may have at the January meeting.  Please bring any thoughts on the Bylaws to the Jan. meeting and we the executive board will meet at a later date to revise the bylaws.
